How can you properly reinitialize dynamic checkout buttons?

Hey,

A while ago, I asked how to dynamically re-render the checkout buttons when using a transitions manager for example, however using Shopify.PaymentButton.init() re-inits the button disabled, without any event handlers to navigate to the payment screen. So how do you properly reinit the payment buttons?
