Hey @Rubberduck I hope you are doing well. First I check which theme is used in the reference theme. Then I check the product page of the theme. And found that the theme preview has not same product page like the refference that you send, So there iis 90% possibility that they made it via custom coding.

yes this is possible and sky rocket your sale. Recently I made Product page custom for my Client. Even the Bundle Buy is custom.
