I launched a Shopify store about 3 weeks ago but I can’t seem to get any sales.
How did you guys get your first sales?

Unfortunately, it’s not a “Build it and they will come” kind of thing.
When I first started, I would hang business cards anywhere I could and join community forums in my industry, leave flyers where I could.
Another great method is to create blog posts on your website with search phrases that you feel people with search for. List 100 questions that you think perspective customers may ask and make a blog post on your site for each one of those. Minimum 300 words and repeat the phrase (question) a few times in the post. Do 1 a week and don’t stop and you will start seeing more traffic.
Bottom line in my opinion is promote your site. As a last resort, start doing paid ads, which I don’t do, but has been affective for others.
