How do I access a page index of a collections products when paginating?

Is it possible within Shopify liquid to pass in a parameter to access the 2nd page of products when paginating?

For example, I would essentially like to do something like the following:

{% assign drinks_collection = collections['soft-drinks'] %}

{% paginate drinks_collection.all_products by 3 %}
  {% for product in drinks_collection.all_products %}
    <p>{{ product.title }}</p>
  {% endfor %}
{% endpaginate %}

{% paginate drinks_collection.all_products by 3 page: 3 %}
  {% for product in drinks_collection.all_products %}
    <p>{{ product.title }}</p>
  {% endfor %}
{% endpaginate %}

So if my soft-drinks collection consisted of products with titles: [Fanta, Cola, Sprite, Pepsi, Sparkling Water, Lucozade, Tango, Rubicon, Rockstar, Monster].

The above code would return:

Fanta

Cola

Sprite

Tango

Rubicon

Rockstar

Is this parameter or something like this possible in Shopify Liquid?
