Issue: A wholesale collection and menu restricted to tagged, logged‑in customers cannot be previewed or customized in the Theme Editor because the editor does not recognize the login state. Clicking the login link or account icon inside the editor redirects to a 404 page.
Context: Store uses the Dawn theme. The wholesale collection template previously could be accessed by logging in through the customization area.
Recent update: A participant requested images; the poster shared screenshots confirming both the login link and account icon in the editor lead to 404, even though they are already logged in in the same browser.
Impact: Blocks previewing and customizing the wholesale collection template within the editor.
Attachments: Screenshots are central to demonstrating the 404 behavior.
Status: No solution or workaround has been provided yet; the thread remains open awaiting advice.
I have a wholesale area, collection and menu that are only visible if a tagged customer is logged in.
Recently, when in the customization area, I am not able to view and customize the wholesale collection template because it doesn’t recognize that I am logged in. If I click on the account login icon, I am sent to a 404 page.
Previously I was able to log in through the customization area in order to access this section.
I’m using Dawn.
