How do I access customizations for a password protected collection?

I have a wholesale area, collection and menu that are only visible if a tagged customer is logged in.

Recently, when in the customization area, I am not able to view and customize the wholesale collection template because it doesn’t recognize that I am logged in. If I click on the account login icon, I am sent to a 404 page.

Previously I was able to log in through the customization area in order to access this section.

I’m using Dawn.

I’d appreciate any help!

Yes, that’s a good idea;)

So normally I would click on link to log in, or account icon…but both lead to 404 page. Also, I am already logged in on the same browser.
