How do i add a block to my product page in dawn theme

Hi Guys,

I am almost done my website.

I am trying to input my sizing chart into my product page of dawn theme.

There are no options for blocks on the product page only " Is there a way i can add a pop up block or a collapsable block?

I am not a coder, what is the easiest way to add a block

When you hover over existing section blocks (or navigate with keyboard) there should be a prompt to add new block:
