I’m trying to add a sidebar for collection filters in my debutify 4.10.3 store (Shopify 2.0 theme) that allows customers to filter my products based on football clubs or leagues. My issue is debutify only offers collection filters as a paid add on and under a small budget i can’t afford to do this. I have created the metafields to filter my products and downloaded the search and discovery app, however i believe i need to add custom liquid in order to get them to appear on my store. I have found code that will make them appear however they look very unprofessional so i will not keep them this way.
I have attached below a picture of my store and an example of how i would like it to look.
Any help i can get will be greatly appreciated as i feel that adding collection filters will greatly increase the professionalism of my store. I am willing to add code to my store in order to get my desired outcome and download any app, as long as its free or has a free plan available. Thank you very much for your time.
