How you can get support for a given theme would depend on who had created and developed that theme initially.
In this case, the Prestige theme is created and supported by its developers Maestrooo.
Should they not be able to provide support in this specific case, you would still be able to look into hiring a Shopify Expert for some coding customisation work.
Can you tell me a bit more about your business and how this specific request relates to it?
Would you be willing to consider working around this such as by using static images instead should the need arise?
