How do I add a redirect button on the side that follows users when scrolling through the website?

I am new to shopify. I was wondering if a way to put a movable redirect button that follows the users on the side when scrolling through the website?

Thanks for the demo. Do you need this for all the buttons of the site ? If yes then it needs to be setup in the theme for each buttons.

Thanks. I only need a single button for that and that button would directs the user to different website.
