How do I add a 'shop' link to my top navigation on Shopify?

Hi all!

My site is nearly done, but I need to do a few things and I cannot figure out how to get it to work! It’s been a while since I’ve used Shopify.

I’m operating under the minimalist theme.

I need to add “shop” to the top navigation and have that link to a products page. I’ve already got my products listed under “products”

Thank you for reaching out in our Community Forums and I’m happy to hear that you’re almost ready to launch your store.

You can view and change your online store navigation directly from your Shopify admin. Follow the steps below to add a “Shop” menu item:

  • From your Shopify admin, go to Online Store > Navigation.
  • Click the title of the menu that you want to edit and click on Add Menu Item.
  • Type in “Shop” for the menu item name.
  • Click the Link field, select a link type: Products to show a specific product or all products.
  • Click Add to save your menu item.
  • Click Save menu.
