How do I add call out boxes on Collections pages?

Hello!

I’m still learning Shopify and was wondering how I would get this effect where there’s a non-product box in the product grid with an image link? (“Find the Best Products for your Workspace”). Is this custom coding or there another way to do it through a setting/app?
