Newby here! Can someone tell me how to add collections? I have watched videos but under my product tab I dont have that option. I did the first day but now under the product tab I have inventory & gift card.
Try to go to direct link of collections page {site_url}/admin/collections

If you’re on the Shopify Starter Plan or Shopify Lite Plan, that option is not available. You need to be on the Basic Shopify Plan or higher.
To view the current plan you’re on, from your Shopify admin, navigate to Settings > Plan to view your Plan details.

As @AvadaCommerce mentioned, from what you’re describing you might be on the new Starter plan which doesn’t include collections. This is because collections are more often used on online stores rather than social media (and the Starter plan is tailored to social media selling, and doesn’t include an online store).
