on the desktop view i can use discount codes but not on the mobile view? How can i fix this?

Can you provide a bit more context on this? Where exactly are you looking to view discount codes?
My current theory is that you’re wondering about the discount field at checkout, is that right? In both desktop and mobile view, the discount field is seen when clicking on “Show order summary”. The checkout set up is very rigid for security purposes and cannot be modified in this manner.
If I’m misunderstanding, please provide more context and screenshots if possible.

Hi! That’s right i already have the discount field on the desktop version but not on mobile. It also doesn’t show when tapping “show order summary”

So there are a few things to go over in this case. Note that I do not see the field on desktop view OR mobile view.
- Do you currently have any active discount codes? If not, the field will not appear. Even if you have post dated discount codes or codes that are expired, the field still will not appear unless you have an active code.
- Do you have any applications that might be hindering this functionality?
