How can i add this highlight banner to my Shopify store (i am using prestige theme). I want to add this by using custom HTML.

This could be customised from the original Prestige theme. You could reach out to the store directly and ask if they can tell you.
If you don’t want to go that route, I would suggest reaching out to the development team for Prestige and see if they can assist you with this too. Maestrooo are very helpful and efficient with their support and would know Prestige better than anyone since they developed it. You can contact them here.
