How do I add my checking account for payment

I am setting up my payout method. Under payout account there is only shopify balance and then it says 2 way authorization required. I want to add my checking account but there is no place to do it. Please help me!

Could you clarify with us if you are logged in as the store owner when you are attempting to make this change?

In order to make changes to the banking information, you will need to be logged in as the admin or store owner.
