I want the look of the third picture on mobile where the policy links are in the drop down menu instead of the footer. The first two pictures are what my current homepage looks like on mobile and the third picture is what I want it to look like.

You can add links to your drop down menu under “Content / Menus”. However, it won’t look exactly as your 3rd picture. In order to achieve that look and layout you are going to need the help of a Shopify Developer. Feel free to reach out directly.
