For my website, id like to include the options to buy parts or partial upgrades for each system such as more storage or a better wifi/bluetooth card. Ive tried to look for solutions already but I cant find anything.

If you’re looking to add recommended products to your cart, you’ll need to edit your theme’s code, specifically your cart-drawer’s code. Partner the code edits with some settings to set which products to recommend in the cart and that should do it.
