I want to enter a product based shipping fee. Is this possible?
Each product has slightly different shipping costs, and there are multiple vendors on the site, however the problem is that the different vendors have separate shipping costs. Is there a way to add these costs to products automatically?

You can use shipping profiles for this - each vendor can have it’s own profile that you assign the correct products to, and you can set each profile up with the needed rates.
