How do I add 'Sign up' to the newsletter box instead of an arrow? See pictures

The first email box below is the default one that comes with Dawn 2.0 theme on Shopify.

I’m trying to get it to look like the prototype (second box) where we add a black rectangle to the email box with ‘SIGN UP’ inside.

How would you go about coding this? I am completely new to coding.

You can follow these steps:

  1. Go to Online Store->Theme->Edit code

  1. Open your footer.liquid file, Changed this code to text

  1. Open your theme.liquid file, paste the below code before
