I recently noticed that the few discounts codes I created, and were used to make a purchase did not include tax. I want tax to be added on to my product pricing not included. Under the tax section, all prices include tax, is unchecked. Is there another selection I need to make?
You’ll want to make sure the product is set up to charge taxes. Enabling taxes is done during the product creation or when importing the products via CSV.
Alternatively, you may not have tax settings set up for the region the product was purchased from. You’ll want to review your tax setting in Settings/Taxes and compare what you have set up there to the region/country the product was purchased from. If you do not have taxes set up then they won’t be charged at the time of checkout. More information on taxes can be found here.
