How do I adjust link color? In Dawn Theme Version 11

HI. I just updated my Dawn theme to Version 11 which has “Color Schemes.”

My text links are now super pale but there’s no option to adjust link color under the scheme details.
How do I adjust it now? These are the only options:

WELL! I found it. It’s the “Outline Button.”
I’m not sure what else that adjusts but at least my links are not ghosts now.

FYI I looked it up in Dawn’s details in the help section and it just says this:
“Outline button Color is applied to the secondary button text and border.”
I’m not sure how anyone would know that includes links!
