I was looking for a merchant ID in the portal and I got to know for getting a merchant ID you must be able to authenticate us first. So, I just want to know what all information you required to authenticate a User?

Welcome to the Community! Definitely a great place to gather some input regarding anything about the platform!
With regards to your inquiry however, authentication tends to happen before even reaching our live support team. You simply need to log on to the store/account that you want to discuss before going into the live queues and this will act as your authentication.
If you come in without logging into your store however, one of our agents will provide further instructions to manually authenticate yourself during the interaction. You will simply need to log into your account using the link provided and this will act as your authentication.
Once you are, our team will be able to open up back end information and provide those details for you such as your merchant ID.
