Hey, I’m trying to authenticate my email through the use of DKIM and when I try to add the txt code to my website domain (DNS records) it won’t allow me. it simply just refreshes and comes back with an empty section where I had previously put the code in. Not sure at all why this is I need this done as my emails keep getting sent to spam and its not helping my startup for a business.

Where is your domain hosted?

Could you share some more information about where your domain is hosted and if you are attempting to apply these changes from within the Shopify admin, or through a third party domain host?
It’s also important to note that if you are trying to edit the DNS for your .myshopify.com URL, you won’t be able to. You will only be able to edit the DNS for custom domains.
