How do I calculate how frequently a product is ordered?

My store sells products that have frequent reorders and sizes (think coffee flavors in different sizes). I want to calculate how frequently customers are purchasing say a 1lb bag vs a 3lb bag to determine if it makes sense to keep all the variations.

Hello, @txvevillar ,

This is something you’ll be able to see in your Store Analytics by filtering your Reports. You can filter by date to see how many times certain products sold in that time-frame.

Learn how to use your Analytics here, and particularly your Product Analytics.

If you need more specific or custom reports, there may be some third-party app options worth considering such as Better Reports or Report Toaster.

Finally, we have a great blog post that acts as a beginners guide to Analytics, I recommend giving it a read!

Have you ever considered setting up a subscription for your customers? Based on your description of your customer activity and recurring purchases, it sounds like you’d really benefit from setting up both a loyalty program and a subscription service. Check out the available apps here.

Hope that helps! If I can assist any further please let me know.
