wondering how this shipping rate thing works, how much do you put to ship to the U.S from canada? and the tax part what are you suppose to put? i only want to ship to the U.S for now. the shipping zone thing confuses me. someone please help me im super confused and i thought this was suppose to be easy like 123, help please.
