How do I cancel a test order marked 'in progress' on CJ Dropshipping?

Hello. I made an order from testing mode. Then came to orders to check. 2 orders were there, as I made.

Then I clicked “fulffil the order” to one of them. Now it shows “in progress”. Is that mean that the testing order went to CJ Dropshipping (I’m working with CJ) ?

I was sure that it is testing, but now I’m afraid of that I requested the item and it shows me now “in progress”!

I tried to CANCEL it, but there is no such a button. I googled and everywhere I see the same instructions:

  1. From your Shopify admin, go to Orders.

  2. Click the order that you want to cancel the fulfillment for.

  3. In the Fulfillment in progress section, click the … menu, and then click Request cancelation.

  4. Optional: Add a note to SFN personnel about why you are requesting the cancelation.

  5. Click Request cancelation.

    BUT THE POINT IS there is NO “request cancelation”. And it’s still written “in progress” near the order and I’m still worried that it can go to CJ Dropshipping and they will accept the order.

    Please, give me clarity about that stuff. I just wanted to test, but it could be that I request real product.
