How do I change the ‘Buying a Mattress made Simple ‘No gimmicks, just great Value’’ to the colour red? I tried a few things and I managed to change all the product headers to red but this wasn’t the solution I want, any help would be greatly appreciated!

Editing a default collection template in the code will apply changes to all collection pages. For this reason, you need to create a custom, alternate collection template and manually assign it only to the collections you want. You can find the step-by-step tutorial on creating a custom collection template here.
If you don’t feel comfortable editing the template code yourself, you can always reach out to our Support team. Our team may be able to customise this for you if you use Shopify free theme and your store has enough complimentary design time left.
