I really want to change my cart and account icon to other icons, and have watched many videos on YouTube and even looked in the community for a answer but none of them seem to work. Someone please help me out here. Thank You!

Dawn theme using the SVG file to make the icons.
In this case you can follow this path:
Themes => edit code => snippets
Find the icon-cart.liquid or icon-cart-empty.liquid and icon-account.liquid
And replace the code in that files with your SVG code.

You can find your own svg icons and then default icons of theme with yours in Online store > Themes > Edit code > search for icon-cart.liquid, icon-account.liquid

Find your own SVG icons on google, copy code of them and replace code of theme with yours.
Do you maybe know how I can use icons from https://www.adornthemes.com/optimal-icons/
Those icons can be used with that theme only. It must has their library to use.
