I accidentally entered the wrong birthday when signing up for shopify, how do you change it to the right age? I can’t upload my ID with the wrong birthday in!

I have the same issues and they locked my account. At least they unlocked it but the problem still persist. If you find a way to fix it share it here please, I would appreciate ![]()
They customer support cant even give me a date as to when they’ll reach back to me to help me solve this. I regret working with Shopify. They are pathetic.
