How do I change my shipping label format to 4x6 on my ecommerce platform?

My store is not online

I am using real money to make sure

  1. the label prints properly

2)USPS ships without any problems (I am going to the next state to ship it)

  1. the mechanic app sends an email upon payment with file to my remote email address.

The Problem:

1)I have purchased the item

2)I am in orders on my shopify account

  1. I purchased the shipping label from shopify

4)I am in print shipping labels

5)the format is 8.5x11 – I need 4x6

6)I hit change format

7)I change the format to 4x6

8)I hit save

9)the screen returns to print shipping label with the label set to 8.5x11

10)WRONG!!

I can never get it to change to 4x6.

HELP!! what should I do? Thank you.

I’m having the same issue! Changing the format to 4x6 and SAVING doesn’t save the change and stays at the default 8.5x11"

If anyone out there can provide assistance with this it would be greatly appreciated
