I am 16 however my mom is running this account, I am just helping her with it. The problem is that my name and age are listed on the account as I had made it and I need to change it. I went onto my profile and changed my name to my mom’s name (it is her account) and for some reason I still see my name under the payment section when it is asking me to verify my age via driver’s license photo. I also need to change the age on the account to hers as I originally put it in incorrectly. I don’t know how to get to the support; I’ve searched endlessly to find the “get help” button in the support section after selecting a topic to get help with but it does not exist. I can only chat with the AI. I need help changing the age and name.
The cleanest way to transfer the store to your mom (rather than just trying to edit everything on your account), would be to add her as a staff member to the store.
Once she has a staff account set up for the store, you can then transfer ownership of the store to her account.
From there, your mom would have full access to the store, and it would be in her name. She can then edit any payment gateway settings, and if she’s prompted to upload any ID or verification, then she can do so, and there shouldn’t be any issues.
