How do I change product description language to English?

hi guys. i’m needing help! i don’t know how to change the language on my products to english as the descriptions are in dutch for my english buyers

When you say the ‘product description has downloaded in dutch’, are you bringing product descriptions in from somewhere externally, or have you written them yourself?

It sounds like your store default language is English, but you are copying and pasting Dutch content in, and it’s not working. If that’s the case, you need to translate the Dutch (e.g. via Google Translate) before adding it to your default product content. Then this can be used to translate into other languages.

The system won’t work well if you copy Dutch into your default content for a product if your store default language is set to English.
