How do I change the colour of the Customer Review section on product pages?

Hi!

Hope someone can help with this. We are working on the cascade theme and have added a product review section to our product pages at some point by adding this line of code at the bottom of each product page:

However I don’t know how to customise the look of the section.

So I have 2 questions:

-CHANGING THE BACKGROUND COLOUR

The background colour of that section is always the same. We have 17 pages, and I want to vary the background colour of that section depending on the pages. So that means instead of all of them automatically using the primary colour of the theme, I want some of them to use primary colour, others to use secondary colour, and the rest to use terciary colour.

-REMOVING THE WEIRD LIGHT GREY FRAME

As you can see on the picture there’s a weird light grey frame on this section and I would like to know if we can remove it?

How can I update this line of code to reflect the change in colour and remove the grey box?
