The key here is to understand who generated this discount code (as specified in the screenshot):

  1. If it was generated by an app, I would recommend contacting the support team and asking how to change the discount.

  2. If this is a functionality that comes with the theme, I would check on the theme settings

  3. if it’s an automatic discount that was defined on the Shopify backend, you can go to the “Discounts” section on the Shopify backend, look for the discount code specified in the screenshot, and then change the discount percentage.
