I need to change the fb profile that the store is attached to and I don’t know where to do so. I deleted the pixel and delete the app, then installed it again and it still wants to connect to my account.

Are you looking to connect your business page to Shopify or to change the profile preview?
If you’re connecting your business. Firstly, you’ll need to connect via your personal Facebook account that’s associated with that business. Once you’ve done that you can select your business page to connect in Shopify. If you don’t see it as an option it was likely made under another account.
I’d suggest checking out the new Facebook sales channel and setup guide. Try that out and let us know if you meant something else.

Actually I had to clear my cookies and cache and it worked.

how were you able to clear your cache?
I have the same problem. I can’t access the Facebook page tied to my Shopify store on Facebook (I have tried and tried, says account is locked, to login with device I accessed Facebook with before, but I am doing that, but still cant get in) .
Therefore, I need to change my Facebook in Shopify to a new Facebook page.
Please help.
