How do I change the order of collections on my collection page-Pixel Union Grid Theme

Hello, I need help changing the order of my collection titles on my collection page. Right now it defaults to alphabetical which is not ideal for me, as I would prefer to list my best-selling collections above the fold. I am using Pixel Union’s Grid theme. Thank you, Kelly T

Thanks Vicktor for your reply. Do you have any ideas on how to allow me complete freedom of how to order the collection list? Let’s say I have new products that I would like to be on the first row, but they have not sold, so I cannot “code” via high sale products.
