How do i change the payment status from "pending" to "paid" manually?

Hi, i’ve converted some orders outside shopify because they credit card was refused by the gateway, and i want to process it by dsers but shopify don’t change the payment from “pending” to “paid” so i can’t process the order, there’s some way that i can change manually it from pending to paid? And i have another question in the case that i can’t do it manually: WHY?

Hi @Carmos ,

You can totally mark an order as paid.

  • From your Shopify admin, please open that order

  • Scroll down and click on Collect payment

  • Click on “Mark as Paid”

And now the big question. If an order (or more) was marked as Paid by accident, and now the AWB will print with 0 amount, how can it be reverted to Payment Pending status?
