You’re going to have to head on over to Settings > Policies (right at the bottom, along the column with Store Details, Plan, Billing etc) > Return Policy

You can then turn it Off/On & alter the details as you deem fit for your store.

How long does it take for the changes made in these settings to reflect on Instagram Shop?

Anybody ever able to figure this out? Mine is doing the same thing and I would like to edit it as it is wrong in IG.

This did not work for me. My IG shop still has the IG return policy of 14 days listed. However I see other shops and they were able to somehow disable the IG return policy to reflect their actual store policy. Even when I switch the button to on, there’s no change on my IG shop to reflect my custom policy. I don’t understand how other stores were able to completely remove instagrams return policy’s “14 days” as mine currently states. Am I missing another step once I toggle it on or something? Help.
