How do I choose a theme's page template for my online store?

Hi,

Is anyone able to help me with my pages? I recently purchased a theme and I am trying to pick the page template of the theme from my store and nothing comes up. For example, I am in my pages in my store, in my contact us page and I am trying choose the theme’s contact us template on the right side and its not coming up there. I hope I am making sense. Can someone help me please?

Hi @auora ,

The said theme has to be live to be able to see the custom template. You have to publish the theme that contains the said template, then go back to the page. You should see the template on the right.
