How do I click a button on my page , to make it scroll down to the product I am selling?

Hello everyone,

I have listed 3 different products on my page. One under another.

At the top or heading I have 3 sizes (Small, medium, large). I want to beable to click size medium , and then I want the page to scroll down and center the medium product. How would I do this?
