I can’t reach the help center, it shows me this error since two days “Internal Server Error”
My question is about shopify payment : i have my company in USA with my EIN but i’m not living in you USA so i don’t have SSN which normal, what should i add in the configuration of my shopify payment instead of SSN @Shopify_77 staff

If you have received an email about your account verification you can reply back to that directly for additional help.

Please try refreshing the Help Center page 2-3 times
Clear your browser cache
Try in different browsers and devices
Try using mobile data instead of WiFi
And make sure that all your store details are filled in under Settings > Store Details
