Hi, I bought a domain mydomain.pt 1 month ago and now I was going to connect to shopify and it’s telling me that the domain is already connected to another shopify store… How do I solve this?

This may have happened if you mistakenly linked the domain to a different trial account, which is often the case.
To resolve this, you’ll need to get in touch with Shopify Support directly and provide proof of your ownership of the domain. It can be a screenshot from your domain dashboard proving you have control over the DNS settings.
This will help verify you as the domain owner and enable Support to disconnect the domain from it’s current place so that you can go ahead and connect it where you wish. You can connect with a Support Advisor for assistance by going to this link, logging in to your account and creating a support request.
