Hello Rochelle, great question, 8+ years ago yes, there were numbers you can call. However nowadays, what options you have available for communication depends on the country, time of day, what violations you have etc.
So the only option you have is to go into Google Ads, or Google Merchant Center > top right corner > click on the question mark.
