Hello,
I need to know how to contact someone higher up at Shopify immediately, because I’m honestly done with this back-and-forth support loop.
I have contacted Shopify live support over and over again, and every single time I have to explain the same issue from the beginning like nobody has any context. I keep telling support this is not a basic live chat issue. This is an account/IP/store restriction issue that clearly needs to be handled by Merchant Trust, Payments, Risk, or whatever department actually has the authority to review and fix this.
But instead I keep getting the same basic answers that don’t help me at all. I sit there for hours trying to make agents understand that they cannot fix this, and that this needs to be escalated properly. I’m tired of being told to wait, tired of generic responses, tired of being passed around, and tired of nobody giving me a real answer.
My store was flagged extremely early after only a small number of orders, and nobody can clearly tell me why. Nobody can tell me if it’s an IP issue, account issue, Shopify Payments issue, trust review, risk review, or something else. How am I supposed to fix something when Shopify won’t even clearly tell me what the problem is?
I’m not refusing to cooperate. I can provide business documents, supplier information, fulfillment proof, product details, bank verification, ID verification, or anything else required. But basic support keeps acting like they can help when they clearly cannot do anything about this type of restriction.
At this point, I’ve had enough. This is my business, my time, and my money. I’m not going to keep sitting quietly while I get stuck in the same support cycle with no real solution. I need this escalated to someone who actually has authority, not another live chat agent reading from a script.
I need someone from Shopify corporate, Merchant Trust, Payments, or Risk to actually review my case and give me a real answer. If there is something wrong, tell me what it is. If documents are needed, tell me exactly what to send. If this cannot be fixed, say that clearly. But stop leaving me stuck with no explanation.
This should have been handled several support chats ago. I need a real escalation, a real case review, and a real path forward.
Please get this to the proper department immediately.
