Hello, I don’t seem to be able to login to my account and I want to deactivate my subscription…
I don’t seem to be able to find any contact number or email for shopify online?
But when I click on “Contact Support” it only takes me to the link below… There is no option showing contact options
The password was already reset, it says “unable to access shop_”
I’m having the same problem. I deavtivated my store but I’m still being billed. There must be some way to contact Shopify. I’d hat to have to do a charge back.

I am sorry to hear you are considering closing your store, can I ask the reason why? Our live support can be reached via our support portal here. Simply select the relevant topics until a new page loads, then scroll down this page where the live support options appear, you will then be connected to a live support agent.
