We are getting many draft orders daily that customer creates ( coming from our discount app), it have the item the customer choosen, prices, the design the customer uploaded for us to make and all other details that it look like a cart.
The problem is that there is no customer info so i cannot email or call back and use this as a lead, anything we can do? any app that will help capture the info etc. ?
