How do I create a banner hyperlink to a collection page in the Dawn theme?

Hi, I have the Dawn theme and I want to know how I create a hyperlink from the banner to the collection page. Can someone help?

it needs to add anchor tag inside the banner where image displaying and need to write schema so you can update link later easily from backend.
