How do I create a fixed position header?

Hello,

I would like my header along with its icons/labels, to be fixed when I scroll on my desktop and mobile. As of now, it seems to be sticky. My header also seems to be overlapping with my product page. If any screenshots or additional information is needed, please let me know, thank you.
