How do I create a 'how it works' section on my front page?

Hi Guys,

So I am trying to create a ‘how it works’ section on my front page. I Just need to find a way to create 4 image and text boxes next to each. Similar to this:

This shouldn’t be too hard to replicate, but i am having some trouble on where to start.
