How do I create a new page or assign the page correctly?

Hi everyone! Please can someone help me.

I have created this page "shipping returns refunds, see below :

But when I click to view the page, I get another page :

How do I make it display the page I want and not my other page???

If I try edit it in theme editor I see this :

@Greggy55 This might be because you have displayed sections like image banner and rich text in the default page template. So, please follow below steps to create another template for page to display the new page. Let me know whether it is helpful for you.

1. From admin, go to “Online Store” → “Themes”.
2. Click “Customize” button from the current theme.
3. Click “Home Page” on the top as like attached screenshot.

4. Click “Pages” as like attached screenshot.

5. Click “Create template” as like attached screenshot.

6. Enter the template name as per you need. Leave “Default page” dropdown as such. Then, click the “Create template” button.

7. Since we created the new template based on “Default page”, sections will also be displayed in the newly created template. So, delete all the sections in the in the template as like attached screenshot.

8. From admin, go to “Online Store”-> “Pages” and click the newly created page.

9. Click theme template and select the newly created template and click the save button.

Now, the page will be displayed with the descriptions you created.

I only see “create metaobject template”

Ok this is not working.

I landed up hiding the contents of this page so I can just put the information I need in it :

I am working on the page called shipping-returns-refund-2 :

But now when I try add it to my menu navigation its not showing up :
